ABLE performs a large scale of cardiomyocyte differentiation,ERRγ enhances cardiac maturation.

The lack of maturity of cardiomyocytes derived from human iPS cells has always been a problem for many researchers. The journal Nature Communications recently published a study that explores the research that can promote the maturation of myocardium. The experimental results show that by adding a single compound, the maturity of cardiomyocytes derived from human iPS cells can be increased to be equivalent to that of neonatal cardiomyocytes in a short period of time.

ABLE 30 mL bioreactor conducts a large scale of cardiomyocyte differentiation and culture, forming embryoid bodies (EB) in 14 days. This study found that human iPS CM treated with ERRγ has the same mature cell characteristics as neonatal CM, and can be used in disease models and regenerative medicine.
