CaseBase™ Cell Passage
CaseBioscience
CaseBase™ Cell Passage

CaseBioscience has developed a series of media required during cryopreservation and culture. By reducing the stress caused by cells facing different operating procedures or environmental changes, it not only improves cell viability, but also ensures physiological function and genomic stability under long-term cell culture.
CaseBase™ Washing Medium is optimized based on the short-term metabolic needs of human stem cells, this isotonic medium provides an ideal environment for minimizing cell stress during cell culture manipulations. It can be used during routine cell culture and washing for experiments, gene transfer protocols, cell passaging, and short-term holding outside the incubator.
CaseBase™ Dissociation Medium is enzyme-free and with optimized EDTA concentration, provides a means for gentle cell detachment. Proteolytic enzymes can be supplemented to disperse strongly adherent cell types. It can be used during routine cell passaging, detaching cells for experiments, as well as collecting cells for cryopreservation.
