NS200 Series
NS200系列是桌上型拉曼光譜儀,除了具有大型拉曼的效能外,更替您節省更多空間,讓您可以隨時將一部精密儀器,移動到您需要的研究場所進行操作。

內置光學顯微鏡系統,加上一體成形的特殊暗室設計可防止訊號受外界干擾。XYZ三軸電動樣品載台可透過軟體移動載台,再使用內建的自動對焦功能可以更方便快速的搜索樣品位置,並針對樣品表面結構分布進行分析。

NSRaman軟體提供多樣化的使用方式,可預設多組測試條件參數並將其儲存為測試檔案,再依照使用者不同的需求使用適合的預設檔案,即可自動執行光譜採集,提供使用者更快速、更便利性的操作。
